What Happens After You Order?

When you purchase a Fully Custom Trading Card, you're getting a completely personalized design experience - not just a template.

Within 1–2 business days, one of our graphic designers will contact you by email to begin the creative process. They will work with you one-on-one to bring your vision to life.

During this process, you'll be able to provide:

• Photos you'd like featured on your card

• Inspiration images or reference cards

• Your preferred trading card style

• Custom names, stats, team information, and text

• Colors, logos, branding, and design preferences

• Ideas for AI-enhanced photo effects, backgrounds, and artwork

• Any additional details you'd like incorporated into your design

Once we receive your information, our designer will begin creating your custom card and will send you a digital proof for review. You'll have the opportunity to request revisions before giving final approval for production.

Design & Processing Time

Because every Fully Custom Trading Card is created from scratch, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the design and production process. Actual turnaround time may vary depending on:

• The complexity of the requested artwork

• The number of revisions requested

• How quickly design information is submitted

• How soon the final proof is approved

  
  

Production begins only after your final proof has been approved. Once approved, your card will be printed, assembled, carefully packaged, and shipped to you.

Our goal is to create a truly one-of-a-kind collectible you'll be proud to display, and we appreciate your patience while we craft something exceptional.

Refund & Return Policy

Because every Pristine Custom Card is custom-designed and made specifically for you, all sales are final once your card proof has been approved.

Please review your digital proof carefully before giving final approval. This includes verifying:

• Spelling and grammar

• Names and dates

• Photos and artwork

• Colors and design elements

• Any other personalized details

Once your proof has been approved, production begins immediately. At that point, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.

If you notice an error before approving your proof, simply let us know and we'll make the requested revisions before production begins.

By approving your proof and placing your order, you acknowledge that all information has been reviewed and approved for printing and that you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping & Processing

At Pristine Custom Cards, every order is custom-made just for you.

Processing Time:

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to design, print, assemble, and carefully package your custom trading card(s). Most orders are completed and shipped within the same week they're placed.

Shipping:

Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in pristine condition. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
